On the first day of the BDHF, several presentations took place in the second panel by representatives of the digital humanities field, ministries and representatives of European research infrastructures, including Normunds Grūzītis presentation on the topic of digital humanities in Latvia.
However, on the second day, a panel was held on the topic "Language technologies in higher education: future directions and cooperation", during which Inguna Skadiņa presented the new study courses and achievements created within the framework of the Language Technology initiative project, as well as discussions took place on the already mentioned topic.
After the discussion panel on language technologies, we moved on to the 1st poster session, in which the very first presentation was by Inguna Skadiņa on the Language Technologies Initiative. We are also proud of the 3rd presentation on the study of academic research paradigms in the humanities, in which Marina Platonova participated.
Thank you to everyone who participated and followed this Baltic DH forum!
